Read more about the Municipality\u2019s progress, results, and future plans here.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"538\"><strong data-start=\"377\" data-end=\"389\">Problem:<\/strong> Long telephone queues to be redirected to the right department. Pressured employees who lacked time for more complex inquiries.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"741\"><strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"552\">Solution:<\/strong> All calls go directly to CleverCall\u2019s Voicebot, which transfers the call to the correct department. The Voicebot also assists with appointment bookings and answers a large number of questions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"910\"><strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"756\">Result:<\/strong> 60% reduction in calls to the receptionist, who usually rerouted them. Less stressed employees. More time for citizens who need extra help.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"1069\"><strong data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"926\">Future:<\/strong> Expand the number of tasks automated by the Voicebot. In addition, the municipality aims to make greater use of the Voicebot\u2019s analytics function.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1325\"><em><strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1081\">Bonus:<\/strong> The Voicebot is especially appreciated during events that trigger many calls in a short time.
