Der Voicebot unterst\u00fctzt au\u00dferdem bei Terminbuchungen und beantwortet eine Vielzahl von Fragen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"910\"><strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"756\">Ergebnis:<\/strong> 60 % weniger Anrufe bei der Rezeption, die sonst weiterleitet. Weniger gestresste Mitarbeitende. Mehr Zeit f\u00fcr B\u00fcrger, die zus\u00e4tzliche Hilfe ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"1069\"><strong data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"926\">Zukunft:<\/strong> Ausweitung der Aufgaben, die durch den Voicebot automatisiert werden. Au\u00dferdem will die Gemeinde die Analysefunktion des Voicebots st\u00e4rker nutzen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1325\"><em><strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1081\">Bonus:<\/strong> Der Voicebot ist besonders wertvoll, wenn neue Ereignisse kurzfristig viele Anrufe ausl\u00f6sen.
